SOS: What are the best boots to wear with a broken foot?
We’ve been contacted by two different people in the last few weeks who have both broken a foot and now face the predicament of finding good quality flat shoes, that will support the foot and/or ankle, and not look like you’re wearing some giant cast from the middle ages.
Seeing as it’s winter in just a few days, we’ve pulled together a list of flat boots that we think should work with an injured appendage.
We looked for boots with sturdy designs, made from good quality materials, with zips or easy slip on access and of course, a flat or low heel. There were a lot of options out there, but in the end we narrowed the list down to just 20.
A lot of the designs we found also come in multiple colours, so you have even more choices up your sleeve. We’ve started with ankle booties and gone up in size and support from there.
Happy shopping, and DON’T go breaking a leg!
